
Lance Corporal
A Lance Corporal has proven proficiency in match combat action. Privates are promoted to Lance Corporal after attending 5 matches or 10 training sessions. It is Recommended that LCpl complete at least one TLB training mission at this stage of his career.

Corporal
A Corporal has completed at least 1 training missions for the Brotherhood and has made 50 match combat kills. Any unit looking to attain the rank of Corporal should also have participated in a minimum of 10 match combat battles.

Sergeant
Sergeants serve as the Fire Team leader's for the squad. A Fire Team is made up of two units. The team leader should be prepared to take control of the squad in case the Staff Sergeant is hurt and can't continue. He should also understand the mission and the Brotherhood Command's general intent. Units can also attain the rank of Sergeant based on performance. A Warrior with 75 match combat kills and 15 match combat battles will be promoted to Sergeant. Also he will need to have completed at least 2 TLB training missions successfully.

Staff Sergeant
The Staff Sergeant serves as senior Team Leaders and is responsible for four units. Two teams form a field squad. They will lead them into battle ensuring they adhere to the guidance given by their direct commander. All of their actions should seek to complete the mission successfully. Actions at the smallest level are what will make the larger organisation successful. As a result these units should be very experienced. A Unit can attain the rank of Staff Sergeant based on performance. With 100 match combat kills and 20 match combat battles one will be promoted to Staff Sergeant.

Warrant Officer
Class 2
A Warrant officer 2 has fulfilled active training duty with at least 3 TLB training maps successfully completed and 100 match combat kills and 20 combat matches. Also to be appointed this rank, you must actively participate in non combat tasks towards the Brotherhood, for instance being an assistant officer in recruiting, tactics or trainings, being delegated from the responsible Captain.

Warrant Officer
Class 2
A Warrant officer 2 has fulfilled active training duty with at least 3 TLB training maps successfully completed and 100 match combat kills and 20 combat matches. Also to be appointed this rank, you must actively participate in non combat tasks towards the Brotherhood, for instance on electronic matters like Website and forums admin, again being delegated from the responsible Captain.

Warrant Officer
Class 1
After 1 months of Warrant officer Class 2 you will be appointed Warrant officer Class 1. In this rank you will keep up the same responsibilities and work on all tasks assigned and assist Captains/Lieutenants with their jobs. By the time u reach 200 match combat kills and 30 combat matches you are up for promotion to Second Lieutenant.

Second Lieutenant
To become appointed Second Lieutenant a unit is required to have 200 match combat kills and 30 match combat battles, an additional Brotherhood non-combat task performed in the Brotherhood for the last 3 months of time, as well as approval from Command Staff of The Brotherhood. A 2nd Lieutenant serves as the Second in Command in the Squad. He will attend all matches/trainings that the Squad Leader can't attend. He will also aid the Squad Leader in administrative data for the Squad. The administrative data includes but is not limited to: ensuring communications is up prior to practices/matches and tracking kills for the platoon and reporting them to the Commander. Any other administrative data will be determined by the Squad Leader. Three months active duty as Second Lieutenant will make him available for promotion to Lieutenant. Decision is again up to Command of the Brotherhood.

Lieutenant
A Lieutenant is the rank reserved for Squad leaders. A Squad consists of 5-10 units. These members will lead the Brotherhood into battle, help the Commander and Tactical Officer in setting up structure and combat planning, and ensure their squad understands the mission. They are ensuring communications is up prior to practices/matches and track kills for the platoon and reporting them to the Commander. Also he will also aid Training officer in scheduling training for the squad or individual units. 3 months active duty as Lieutenant will make him available for promotion to Captain. Decision is up to Command Staff of the Brotherhood.

Captain
A Captain is the second highest rank in the Company while in active combat. They serve as the Second in Command and can be appointed Senior Tactics/Training Officer, Senior Intel Officer, Senior War Organiser, Senior Map maker or Senior Recruiting Officer for the Brotherhood. They will appoint other units as and when required to assist them in these tasks. He will attend all matches that the Commander can't attend. He does not however necessarily lead the unit in battle. A Captain will also aid the commander in administrative data for the Brotherhood wherever required. 6 months active service as Captain is required to be available for promotion to Major. Decision is up to Command Staff of the Brotherhood.

Major
The Major is currently the rank reserved for the Command Staff of the Brotherhood while being active in combat. A Major is in control on the battlefield and decides the scheme of attack following Tactical Officers recommendations. He also determines the succession of command in case he is unable to continue. He is responsible for scheduling and reporting the results of matches. He may be promoted to Lieutenant Colonel when he reaches the amount of 50 match combat battles or 500 match combat kills, retaining the same responsibilities.

Lieutenant Colonel
The rank of Lieutenant Colonel is reserved for Majors that have shown outstanding performance and a long line of duty. To attain this rank a minimum amount of 50 match combat battles or 500 kills is required. Majors can still be Commanding the squad en have the same responsibilities but will have to report to Lieutenant Colonels if one is appointed.

Colonel
Colonel is the highest possible rank for a combat soldier while in active duty. When a Lieutenant Colonel reaches the respectable score of 100 match combat battles or 1000 combat kills, he will be appointed Colonel, whilst holding the same responsibilities as being a Major.

Brigadier
Rank of Brigadier is reserved for Units being not actively engaged on the battle field. A Brigadier will server the Brotherhood as advisor and keep contacts with other armed forces, and external organisations involved, to facilitate better organisation of Brotherhood forces towards them. He will function under the General if one is appointed and report to him in all business that is relevant to the wellbeing of the Brotherhood.

Major General
When holding rank of Brigadier for 3 months you will be automatically appointed Major General. Responsibilities for this rank are the same as for Brigadier. No active combat duty is involved.

Lieutenant General
For attaining rank of Lieutenant general you need at least serve 3 months as Major General. After this period one will be promoted to Lieutenant general. In this appointed rank responsibilities are the same as for Brigadier. No active combat duty is involved.

General
Rank of General is reserved for Units being not actively engaged on the battle field. A general will server the Brotherhood in all ways possible without being involved in direct combat and will be working coop with brigadier, Major General and Lieutenant General to ensure the Brotherhood is maintained at the highest level of skills, and maintain sportsmanship and communications with all respected allies, and other organisations. To become General, one must hold rank of Lieutenant General for 6 months and serve the Brotherhood for 3 years minimum.

Field Marshal
When served a 5 year period minimum in the Brotherhood, but no longer in active duty, and holding rank of General for at least 6 months, one will be appointed Field Marshall and keep this rank by default.
